You may consider this your authority to proceed immediately with the construction of my new house, located on Washington Street at 27[sup]th[/sup] in Columbus, in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by Eero Saarienen & Associates, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
On receiving final cost information relative to the skylights, a contract will be prepared which will state the various alternates, omissions, and additions to your proposal of March 26, 1955, in the amount of $352,800.
