Dear Mr. and Mrs. Marr:
Enclosed is our check in the amount of $30,000. This constitutes payment in full for land covered by your deed dated July 23, 1953.
Regarding the trees and fence which are just south of the north boundary of the property described by the deed referred to, we agree that they shall not be disturbed during the time that you occupy your present home.
