MEMORANDUM 19 FEBRUARY 1986
RE: MILLER RESIDENCECOLUMBUS. INDIANA
TO: BILL WOODRUFF
FROM: JACK CURTIS
I HAVE REACHED OWEN HUNGERFORD THIS MORNING AND DISCUSSED YOUR REQUEST TO MOVE EQUIPMENT ON-SITE THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 24. OWEN SAID THE EQUIPMENT CAN BE MOVED ON-SITE AT ANYTIME.
THE EXISTING SERVICE DRIVEWAY PAVEMENT AREA MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 13' IN WIDTH AND 275'+ IN LENGTH. PLANKING CAN BE STARTED ANYTIME.
JACK SCHMECKEBIER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONFIRM A SOURCE FOR TOPSOIL ONCE HE RETURNS FROM VACATION IN ABOUT A WEEK.
OWEN BELIEVES YOU MAY BE ABLE TO DISPOSE OF STUMPS AND EXCAVATED MATERIALS ON-SITE IN WOODLAND LOW AREA BEHIND THE BARN. JACK SCHMECKEBIER SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONFIRM WHETHER THIS IS POSSIBLE.
MR. MILLER HAS QUESTIONED WHETHER THE NEW WOOD EDGE WILL STAY iN PLACE AND NOT HEAVE. PLEASE MAKE SURE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF GRAVEL IS PLACED UNDER THE EDGING IN ADDITION TO THE CONCRETE PIERS WITH PURLINE ANCHORS.
TAYLOR BROS. OF COLUMBUS WILL BE FURNISHING AND INSTALLING THE SCREEN FENCE AND LIMESTONE PAVERS. IN DISCUSSION WITH TAYLOR BROS. IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THEY NEED DIRECT ACCESS DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE PAVERS AND THE NEED TO COORDINATE WITH YOU REGARDING THE WOOD EDGING INSTALLATION. PLEASE CONTACT TAYLOR BROS. TO COORDINATE THIS WORK.
