Attached for your signature are:
1. Two 'Appointment of Attorney or Agent' forms.
2. Letter to Border Brokers, Limited instructing them to send the tile and wool samples to Columbus, and the sponge rubber lining to Canada. (per instructions from Alexander Girard)
Border Brokers, Ltd. Have indicated to us that they must have the 'Appointment of Attorney or Agent' forms in order to pick up the merchandise from the Customs office. They also requested the letter from you giving them instructions regarding shipment of the merchandise.
