Dear Mr. Santarossa:
I would like to have your advice and help with a problem at the J. Irwin Miller residence where you have worked previously.
In the master bedroom bath, the caulking between the top ledge of the terrazzo tub and the inside walls is both deteriorating and off color. The tub walls and the floor are also discolored and the floor has become uncomfortably rough. It is possible that the tub needs refinishing.
WE would appreciate very much your examining the tub during your next visit to Columbus. If work is required, we would prefer to schedule it in July or August. Please call me at 812-376-3331 at your convenience so that we may make arrangements for your visit.
