Color PaletteMax's style united the boldness of Pop art's day-glo colors and the willowy elegance of Art Nouveau figures into the mind-expanding, cosmic style of the late 1960s.
His graphic designs for posters, book jackets and album covers were so distinctive and pervasive in the 1960s that it was said that Peter Max mass-produced the decade.
