Richard Jordan Gatling [1818-1903];{1} Richard Henry Gatling [1870-1941], son of Richard Jordan Gatling, through inheritance; John Waters Gatling [b. 1905], son of Richard Henry Gatling; given to the Indianapolis Museum of Art in 1979. {1} This goblet and its pair, IMA 79.369, were awarded to Gatling at the Indiana State Fair of October 17-19, 1855.
